When you book any of our services, as an individual or a company, you enter into an agreement directly with Läkarintyg Sverige AB, org. no. 559388-1641.
To make a booking, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, consent from your guardian is required.
It is your own responsibility as a customer to choose the test or certificate that is relevant to you. We cannot provide updated information regarding the rules for entry into other countries.
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor, including VAT. The receipt is sent to the email address provided at registration.
If you miss your appointment, or if a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will be charged a fee for the cost of the booked service, but not more than 3000 kronor.
A directive from the Transport Agency must always be brought to appointments for driving license certificates for alcohol locks, alcohol, narcotics, and medicine, as well as heart and vascular disease certificates. If the directive is missing, an additional fee of 600 kronor will be charged for the extra work this causes.
It is your own responsibility to enter correct information when booking services through the website. A booking confirmation is always automatically sent to your email. If you do not receive a booking confirmation within 10 minutes of booking, you need to immediately contact customer service.
Läkarintyg Sverige AB is not responsible for errors that occur due to deficiencies in third-party software or data systems.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). The information you provide at booking and registration will be treated confidentially for the purpose. If you do not want your personal data registered, you should not use our booking service. By providing your personal information during booking, you consent according to the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
