This is for you who need a certificate for driving golf carts at a reduced price with your golf club. Note that far from every golf club offer this possibility. Make sure to check with your club or golf course providor.
Moreover, please bring any relevant documentation to the appointment. That includes templates or a list of requirements from your club. If this does not exist we will use a general template for assesing your health.
You will recieve the certificate directly after the appointment.
